RevSport Member User Guide (Submitting Timesheets for Officials)
Welcome to the RevolutionisSport system support page that has been designed to cover how members can use the websites
From 2020, Table Tennis Australia, all Member States, and TTV Affiliates will be using Revolutionise Sport (RevSport) to manage member registrations and process entries for Tournaments. RevSport allows individuals and affiliates to manage their own registration details through the online system. It also allows members to manage their own personal details, register their membership, and for Tournaments & Pennants/Fixtures (Events in RevSport lingo) online.
- Once every 12 months, Officials need to submit a Statement by Supplier form to their State/Territory/National Body (ticking hobby) so that payments can be made to them without an ABN. Please contact your State/Territory for their SBS form.
- Once a SBS form has been submitted, then the State/National body can use the timesheet function in revsport to facilitate payment and record officials' activity
Step 1
Login to the website and click account

Step 2
Click on Options under Roster

Step 3
Click options -> Timesheets -> add timesheet

Step 4
Fill out the details - date, start time, end time

Note: 1 timesheet per tournament.
- If it is a 2 (or more) day event, you use to add another entry to add another day (i.e. Albury Vets is 2 days, so you can put in two entries)
- If it is different tournaments on the same weekend, put in a separate timesheet for each event - i.e. Vic Closed Junior on a Saturday and Vic Closed Senior on a Sunday, please submit separate timesheets
Step 5
click add timesheet

Referee
- Referee to login to the admin side of the website
- Click rostering -> timesheets
- Review the submitted timesheets and correct them if needed
- Click authorise
- If any umpires have not put their timesheet in, please click add timesheet, fill out a timesheet for them, and submit/authorise
- Once all are authorised for that tournament, send an email to the office letting them know everything is ready for payment
