Officiating Re-accreditation
Each Table Tennis Australia officiating qualification is valid for three (3) years. To maintain your accreditation, officials are required to re-accredit before expiry.
Submit your re-accreditation application Online >
WHAT IS RE-ACCREDITATION AND UPDATING?
When an official is first accredited, they will receive from Table Tennis Australia a certificate indicating the expiry date of their accreditation. After three years, officials are required to reaccredit. To be able to re-accredit, officials need to complete activities as listed on the reaccreditation requirements during the 3-year accreditation period.
During the accreditation period, officials are expected to keep records of their officiating practice and education on “Officiating Activity Sheets” (which can be downloaded below).
Updating ensures officials keep in contact with up-to-date techniques and officiating methods, and that all registered officials are “active” in the field.
RE-ACCREDITATION REQUIREMENTS
To be re-accredited, a TTA Official must (within a three-year period), satisfy the minimum requirements of Officiating Practice and Officiating Education
All TTA Officials must have a current Working with Children Check.
Reeaccreditations are processed on Fridays

RE-ENTRY FOR INACTIVE OFFICIALS
Officials whose accreditation has expired more than 12 months ago, must re-apply for accreditation. Officials must have completed a minimum of the points required at their level of accreditation and may be required to re-do certain aspects of the course. A letter detailing support for the official’s re-accreditation must be provided by the State Director of Officiating to the TTA office. TTA would consider special circumstances upon application in writing to the National Umpires & Referees Committee (TTA NURC).
