We're Hiring - National Head Coach (Able-Bodied)

Table Tennis Australia Ltd. (TTA) is the peak national body responsible for the governance, development, promotion and administration of table tennis in Australia. As an Olympic, Paralympic and Commonwealth Games sport, the organisation offers an attractive opportunity for a professional coach to drive the performances of the Australian Table Tennis Team (senior and junior able-bodied).
TTA is seeking the services of a highly skilled and passionate leader for the position of National Head Coach. Reporting directly to the CEO and working in close collaboration with the National Assistant Coach and the National High Performance Coordinator, the National Head Coach will be a key pillar in ensuring TTA meets its high performance goals and objectives and delivers internationally competitive results at senior and junior level.
The National Head Coach will drive the daily training environment, lead the team at all continental and international competitions and continually increase the level of professionalism to provide the best chance of achieving exceptional results. The National Head Coach will be directly responsible for all National Squad Members (senior and junior).
This is an outstanding opportunity for the right candidate to take high performance table tennis in Australia to the next level. A demonstrated ability to maximise limited resources, a willingness to go above and beyond and the ability to communicate with a wide range of key stakeholders (players, parents, coaches, State/Territory Associations, TTA Board, funding partners etc.) is essential.
The position will preferably be located in Melbourne. For the right candidate, working in another State/Territory may be considered.
