TTA President and Deputy President Announcement
Published Thu 04 May 2023
Rule 15.7 (a) of the TTA Constitution states:
The Directors must at the first Directors’ meeting after the AGM annually elect one of their number to be the President and one of their number to be the Deputy-President by a majority vote. In making any decision as to any such appointment, the Directors may take into account any views expressed by the Member States as to such election.
TTA is pleased to advise that at the 4 May 2023 TTA Board meeting, the TTA Board unanimously endorsed Graham Symons to continue as TTA President and for Steve Knapp to be appointed as TTA Deputy President. Both will hold their positions until the 2024 TTA AGM.
Graham has served on the TTA Board since late 2017 and has been TTA President since 2020, no doubt Graham will continue to lead TTA with distinction. Steve was elected to the TTA Board at the 2023 TTA AGM, which is his second stint after serving in the 1990’s, including time as President.
Congratulations Graham and Steve.
The entire TTA Board comprises: Graham Symons (President), Steve Knapp (Deputy President), Leeanne Grantham, Kamalesh Tharmasuthan, William Henzell, Karen Zhang, Anthony Moore.
