Craig Hayes and Eddie Kocjancic Re-appointed to TTA Board
Published Sat 29 Jun 2019
TTA is pleased to announce that Craig Hayes and Eddie Kocjancic have been re-appointed to the TTA Board as Appointed Directors, in accordance with rule 13.9 of the TTA Constitution. Hayes has been appointed for a period of two years and Kocjancic for a period of one year.
Upon reviewing the applications, the TTA Nominations Committee put a recommendation to the TTA Board around both appointments, which were unanimously approved at the TTA Board Meeting on 27 June 2019.
The appointments mean the maximum seven Directors remain in place on the TTA Board, ensuring compliance with rule 13.1(c) of the TTA Constitution. Both Hayes and Kocjancic have served as Appointed Directors since June 2018 and prior to this Kocjancic also served as an Elected Director. Aside from sitting on the Board, Hayes sits as a TTA Board representative on the TTA Finance, Risk and Audit Committee and on the National Selection Panel.
Under a new Board and new administration, TTA has taken considerable strides forward from a financial, governance, operational and administrative perspective over the past 18 months. TTA is pleased to ensure continuity at Board level as we continue the reform process.
The full TTA Board is comprised of: Brett Sonnet (President), Jamie Olsen (Deputy President), Graham Symons, Marie Pinkewich, Anthony Jeffress, Craig Hayes and Eddie Kocjancic.
