Our Future Now! TTA Launches New Strategic Plan

TTA is pleased to launch our new Strategic Plan for 2019-2022 - Our Future Now!

Our Future Now! is historic as it's the first time a whole of sport Strategic Plan has been developed for table tennis in Australia. It comes on the back of a wide range of governance, financial, administrative and operational improvements that have been implemented over the past 15 months. Our Future Now! sets the tone for how table tennis in Australia will go to the next level in the coming years.

Some of the key highlights include:
- Our Collective Vision: To connect all Australians with Table Tennis in their lifetime.
- Our Collective Purpose: For the Australian Table Tennis community to work together to get more Australians engaging with
Table Tennis in more ways, in more places, more often.
- Our Priorities: 1) Unification, 2) Participation, 3) Profile, 4) Performance, 5) Our People.
- Our Values: 1) Collaborate, 2) Creative and Courageous, 3) Have Fun, 4) Inclusive.

Our Future Now! was developed in consultation with every layer of the Australian table tennis community - developed by table tennis, for table tennis. Open Forums in all 8 States and Territories, online surveys and interviews enabled more than 400 people to directly contribute to the finished product - thank you to everyone who contributed.

TTA looks forward to working in close collaboration with all stakeholders to grow our great sport now and in the future.
