New TTA Board Elected at AGM

At the TTA Annual General Meeting held on Saturday 19 May 2018, elections were held to fill five Elected Director positions. The election process ensured the Transitional Provisions from the new TTA Constitution were adhered to.
TTA is pleased to announce its newly elected Board:
- Brett Sonnet (President): TTA Board Member since May 2017, former Table Tennis Victoria President, legal professional, former Victorian representative at veteran level, coach.
- Jamie Olsen (Deputy President): Businessman, investment banker, experienced Board member, former Queensland representative at junior level.
- Graham Symons: TTA Board Member since October 2017, former Table Tennis Northern Territory President, experienced Board member inside and outside table tennis, former CEO of four Northern Territory Government departments, former Northern Territory representative at senior/veteran level.
- Marie Pinkewich: Australian representative at veteran level, New South Wales representative (player and manager) at senior/veteran level, International Umpire, State Referee, tournament controller, administrator, experienced document controller.
- Anthony Jeffress: Former Table Tennis Queensland President, businessman, International Umpire, Queensland representative (player, coach and manager) at junior/senior/veteran level.
The TTA Board thanks the State and Territory Associations for their support in the election process. TTA is entering an exciting new phase and the new Board is looking forward to moving TTA forward in an open and transparent fashion and building a successful future.
NOTE: The State and Territory Associations elect the Elected Directors. The TTA Board then elects the President and Deputy President.
Outgoing Board Members Phil Males, David Wilson, Katrina Forster, Leonie Whiteford and Michael Hartung finished their time on the TTA Board at the AGM. TTA thanks all outgoing Board Members for their service to TTA over many years and wishes them all the best for the future.
