Expressions of Interest – National Generation 2032 Program Coach

Are you passionate about developing the next generation of High-Performance athletes?

Table Tennis Australia are seeking expressions of interest from experienced and motivated High-Performance coaches to join the Next Generation 2032 Program.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with talented athletes and contribute to their journey towards sporting excellence. If successful you will be working with Australia’s Table Tennis elite athletes including National Squad and Pathway ID Squad Members.

So, if you have a strong coaching background in high-performance environments, are committed to athlete development, have the ability to mentor and inspire athletes through excellent communication and leadership skills, and are a highly motivated and goal-oriented life-long learner, we want to hear from you!

Help Australian Table Tennis make its mark on the global stage.

Hours & location:

This is a two (2) year, full-time contract position, with a fixed per-year salary. Given the nature of this role and the sports industry in general, evenings and weekend work will be required, as well as the occasional travel.

This role is likely required to be Melbourne-based.

 About the Next Generation 2032 Coaching Program:

Supported by the AIS, the Next Generation 2032 Coaching Program aims to increase the number and diversity of Australian high-performance career coaches who can contribute positively to future Olympic, Paralympic and Commonwealth Games.

Working directly with the National Squad in relation to training and competition opportunities, the successful coach will be fully embedded in the Program, including ongoing liaison with AIS staff and attending AIS forums, setting themselves up for a long-term career as a high-performance coach, through the Program and beyond.
