Call for Elected Directors for the TTA Board

The TTA AGM will be held on Saturday 23 April 2022 in Adelaide at the Atura Hotel – 1 Atura Circuit, Adelaide Airport, South Australia, 5950.
Pursuant to rule 13.4 (b) (i) of the TTA Constitution, elections will be held for three Elected Director positions at the TTA AGM. Pursuant to rule 13.4 (a) of the TTA Constitution, an Elected Director will hold office for a term of two years.
Pursuant to rule 13.3 (a) of the TTA Constitution, TTA are calling for nominations for Elected Directors to serve on the TTA Board. Pursuant to rule 13.3 (b) of the TTA Constitution, any Member, Director or Committee may nominate a person to fill a vacancy in an Elected Director position.
In order to make a nomination, the following is required:
- The nominator and the nominee must complete and sign the Elected Director Nomination Form.
- The nominee must complete the Elected Director Nominee Information Form.
- The nominee must provide a copy of their CV.
- All documents must be submitted by no later than 11.59pm AEDT on Friday 25 March 2022, by emailing ceo@tabletennis.org.au.
NOTES:
The three existing Elected Directors whose current terms expire upon completion of the upcoming TTA AGM are (in alphabetical order):
- Leeanne Grantham
- Craig Hayes
- Graham Symons (President)
All existing Elected Directors are eligible to stand for re-election, pursuant to rule 13.7 (a) of the TTA Constitution.
