2022 National Championships - Order of Merit Announcement

TTA is pleased to release the Order of Merit for the 2022 National Championships.
The requirements for the Order of Merit are specified in the National Championships Regulations, in particular:
Order of Merit
- The Order of Merit list is to reflect the order of merit of players in each age group to be judged only on the results of singles play at a National Championships. Note: The Order of Merit is not applicable for the National Para Championships.
- Wherever possible there shall be 10 players in an Order of Merit list and there shall be no equal positions on such list.
- The results of singles matches shall be taken into account in the following manner:
- 50% weighting given to results recorded in a team event
- 50% weighting given to results recorded in a singles event - A player may only be ranked in a list where the player played in the team event in the respective age category.
- Where 2 or more players are deemed to be of relatively even merit, separation of such players may occur by giving more weight to any result recorded in the respective singles event.
