TTA Board - Appointed Director Nominations Now Open

Pursuant to rule 13.1 and 13.9 of the TTA Constitution, the Directors of TTA are calling for nominations to fill two Appointed Director positions that will become vacant at the end of June 2019.
Anyone is able to be nominated to become an Appointed Director, provided they do not hold a ‘disqualifying position’, pursuant to rule 13.2 (a) of the TTA Constitution. However, nominations from those with skills in one or more of the following areas will be viewed favourably:
• Finance and financial management, particularly with CA/CPA qualifications
• Marketing
• Commercial business
• High performance table tennis (para and able-bodied)
One Appointed Director will be appointed on a 2-year term (until the 2021 TTA AGM) and one Appointed Director will be appointed on a 1-year term (until the 2020 TTA AGM).
To make a nomination, please complete the attached Appointed Director Nomination Form, Appointed Director Nominee Information Form and provide a copy of the Nominee’s CV and email to Scott Houston at ceo@tabletennis.org.au by no later than 11.59pm (AEST) on Friday 7 June 2019.
