2021 Membership Census Released

Table Tennis Australia's (TTA) is pleased to release the 2021 National Participation Census. The data collected shows that membership numbers are back to pre-COVID-19 levels and participation is fast approaching pre-COVID-19 levels.

While 2021 proved to be another unpredictable year, it was still a historic year with plenty of things to celebrate from the past 12 months.

CEO's Message: 2021 Review

As 2021 comes to a close, it’s important to reflect on some of the achievements throughout the year. Although 2021 was hampered again by COVID-19, particularly in NSW and Victoria, as a whole table tennis continues to fare much better than most other sports. Play continued throughout the year (unless lockdowns were in place) and the ‘new normal’ became embedded across the country. Ironically, given the ongoing travel difficulties, the biggest achievements of 2021 came on the international stage.

ENTRIES OPEN - 2022 National Hopes Week & Challenge

TTA is pleased to advise that entries are now open for the 2022 National Hopes Week & Challenge, to be held at LOOPS Table Tennis in Melbourne from 11-15 April 2022. The event is open to anyone born in 2010 or later.

Vale Eric Coster

One of the great contributors to Australian table tennis, Eric Coster, passed away peacefully this morning, Sunday 12 December 2021, surrounded by his family. After battling illness for many years, Eric is now at peace.
